These type of audit are meant to improve the internal control of an organization or to determine the state of the books of that organization.

- To help provide an independent service to your company or organization’s management, while reviewing effectiveness of risk management and internal control structure put in place to check compliance with existing rules and expenditure controls put in place in the company.
- Help to provide advice to your management on governance, risk and controls, such as control needed when considering new projects or business ventures.
Reviews
In a situation where an audit is not required at our firm we offer clients a review services of their financial statements, with considerably less scope than an audit, providing limited assurance at a significantly lower cost. This we do for entities that have bank loans or outside investors, but who do not require audited statements.
Forensic
We available and have qualified personnel with the requisite expertise to take up task of forensic audit of any nature and for whatever reasons. Our procedures will help unravel fraud, embezzlement, maladministration, misappropriation or any other financial issues that require such expertise.
